You've got some really nice stuff going on with your color pencil work, especially on the hood and hair, some really excellent work! My only issues are the typical color pencil issue of the white spots or graininess in some places. This cane be fixed by perhaps laying down some watercolors or dyes before you apply color pencils. The other issue is the fading of the inks, I guess you used a white prismacolor or a colorless blender which can sometimes do that. Try going over it after your finished coloring to give your lines a nice finish or try using the prismacolor blending markers.
